Bulletin #79
New software on track for launch this month
Consortium programmers remain very optimistic that the new 'advanced client' software will launch by the end of the month.

Work was performed this week on desktop, console and mobile versions to finalize everything ahead of release. There will still be some additional testing performed prior to launch, but developers say everything is on schedule.

The latest software versions incorporate several features and new functionality, including:

  • Enhanced UI/UX with similar look and user-experience across platforms (Windows, Android, Mac, etc.).
  • Optimized efficiency that reduces measured CPU usage to 0%
  • A vault to eliminate any possibility of theft
  • Ability to automatically recover coins by email
  • Allowing users to send CloudCoins to each other quickly and safely through Trusted Transfer
  • Easily make change/split notes
  • Support for collectibles, a decentralized exchange and ATM functionality
  • Support for merchant services and game portals
  • Multi-fix functionality that can fix hundreds of fracked coins within seconds
  • Multi-language support/localization
New software has a vault feature
to make CloudCoin even more secure
Quizzes and incentives planned to coincide with software debut
Consortium members are currently working on several efforts to promote the launch of the new CloudCoin client software.

Plans include an incentivized referral program, download rewards and prizes for correctly answering quiz questions about the functions and features of the new software.

Tens of thousands of CloudCoins will potentially be given away, so stay tuned for more information about how you can join in to spread the word.
RAIDA uptime 99.99% for past 30 days

Politician wants to ban all digital currency; no surprise given
top donors are credit card processors
US Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) proposed legislation to ban all digital currency in the United States during a Finance Committee hearing this week.

Sherman's arguments--that digital currencies weaken central banks anddiminish government power -- that sounds to us like good reasons to adopt new disruptive technologies rather than ban them.

It turns out that Sherman's top campaign contributors just happen to be major credit card processors . Conflict of interest? Sherman is a career politician serving his 11th term in Congress is also a former chairman of the state tax board--a state with some of the highest taxes in the US.
RAIDA is the 'golden spike' for 21st Century
Today marks the 150th Anniversary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad in the United States in 1869, connecting the East and West coasts for the first time.

That event was marked by driving a commemorative golden spike into the railroad ties where the Union Pacific and Central Pacific railroads met.
It is difficult to imagine a world as unconnected as existed in 1869. Traveling from New York to San Francisco (2,500 miles) could take four months! TheTranscontinental Express shortened that to four days .

We take it for granted that today the trip can be made in under seven hours. Technology has indeed made our world feel smaller and brought people closer together. We can send digital information at near light speed to anywhere on the planet. We can instantly buy, sell or trade with people thousands of miles away.

RAIDA will be the next major step forward in bringing people and their interactions closer together.
RAIDA technology powers CloudCoin and is increasingly in demand for other applications. CloudCoin allows people to easily, safely, quickly and privately conduct economic interactions. Announced or forthcoming RAIDA applications will let them play interactive games, safeguard their health and wellness, digitize their assets and exercise their intrinsic, unalienable human rights without the needless and wasteful interference of intermediaries, institutions or governments.

RAIDA is poised to be the shining "golden spike" for the 21st Century, connecting more people in more innovative and more productive ways than ever before.
